Audit Logs

A record of who did what, and when — for internal review and external audits.

Requires: audit_logs or manage_tenants permission

Audit Logs capture actions taken across the account: user, role and permission changes, site/asset edits, inspection approvals, tenant configuration changes, and more. Use this when you need to answer "who changed this, and when?" — for example after an unexpected permission change or a disputed inspection result.

If the log appears empty ("No audit logs found"), narrow or clear your filters — audit history is usually filtered by date range, user, or action type by default.
