Organization Settings

Configuration that applies to your whole organization: onboarding, sign-in, email, and general setup.

Requires: manage_tenant_settings / create_tenant / manage_tenants permission

Tenant Configuration

This is the central settings area for your organization: branding, contact details, feature toggles, and integration settings. Changes here affect everyone in the organization, so review carefully before saving.

Single sign-on (SSO)

If your organization signs in via Auth0 or Microsoft Entra, configure it here — enter the Entra tenant ID or your Auth0 domain (for example, tenant.us.auth0.com or a custom domain). Your organization's Auth0 "organisation slug" is shown here for reference when setting up team sign-in.

You can also restrict sign-in to a single email domain, which is useful for locking access to only company email addresses.

Tenant SMTP

By default, InspectAssets sends system email on your organization's behalf. If you'd rather send from your own mail server, enable tenant SMTP and provide your SMTP username, host, and credentials, plus an admin notification email for delivery issues.

Onboarding

The Onboarding page tracks setup tasks and onboarding status/progress for your organization — useful when rolling InspectAssets out to a new team or site portfolio. If "No onboarding tasks are available yet," your account hasn't been assigned an onboarding checklist (this is more common for newly created organizations).

Currency

Platform admin only

Currency Management controls the conversion rates used by billing and pricing flows. This is a platform-level setting, not per-organization — see Platform Admin Guide.
