Insights & Benchmarks

Understand how assets are trending over time, and how your organization compares against benchmarks.

Asset Insights

Asset Insights gives you asset-level intelligence across the portfolio — a higher-level view than a single Asset Passport. If you see "Asset insights are not enabled for your account," this feature isn't included in your current plan or role; contact your tenant admin about upgrading your plan or adjusting your permissions.

Asset Health Trend

Open an individual asset's health trend (from its Asset Passport, or directly via Insights → Assets) to see how its condition and health records have changed over time. This is where recurring health records logged in Asset Management become useful — the more consistently they're logged, the more meaningful the trend line.

Benchmarks

Benchmarks compare your organization's performance (inspection completion rates, compliance posture, risk levels) against broader reference points. Tenant Benchmarks shows your organization's own view; Platform Benchmarks (platform admins only) compares across tenant organizations. If no benchmark data is available yet, more inspection and asset history needs to accumulate first.
