Platform Admin Guide
For InspectAssets platform/global admins who manage multiple tenant organizations, not a single organization's data.
Requires: manage_tenants, create_tenant, or platform-admin scope
Everything in this section sits above individual tenant organizations. Most pages here require selecting a tenant ("Act as tenant") before you can see organization-specific data — platform admins operate across many organizations, so the app needs to know which one you're currently working in.
Tenants
Platform → Tenants lists every organization on the platform. Open a tenant to view its detail page: users, sites, subscription status, and configuration. From here you can create a new tenant organization, or disable one — disabling blocks sign-in for every user in that organization, so use it deliberately.
Platform Health
A system-level view of platform status — useful for spotting organization-wide issues that aren't specific to one tenant.
Subscription Plans
Define and edit the subscription plans tenants can be assigned to, including which features (Asset Insights, Enterprise Reports, audit exports, etc.) each plan unlocks.
Billing Recovery
Billing Recovery finds paid signups that were never fully provisioned and lets you run protected admin billing jobs to reconcile them. This mirrors a protected billing admin endpoint and exists for monitoring and reconciliation — if data here fails to load, check permissions and that database migrations are up to date.
Currency Management
Update the conversion rates used across billing and pricing flows platform-wide. Changes here affect every tenant's displayed pricing in non-primary currencies.
API Keys
Manage platform-level API keys used for server-to-server integrations. If no keys exist yet for a tenant, the list will simply be empty until one is created.
Support Console
The Platform Support Console lets platform support staff assign support tickets and add internal notes across tenants — broader visibility than the standard Support Tickets view available to regular users.
Platform Onboarding
Track onboarding status and implementation tasks by tenant name across every organization being onboarded — the platform-level counterpart to the per-organization Onboarding page.
Referrals
Manage the referral program: referral codes, attribution, and linking a tenant or customer record to a referral code when attribution needs manual correction.
Platform Benchmarks
Cross-tenant benchmarking data, as opposed to the single-organization view in Tenant Benchmarks.
Lead Ops
Requires: lead_ops.view permission
Lead Ops manages sales leads from initial queue through conversion — this is a commercial/sales operations tool rather than a site-inspection feature, typically used by the team managing new customer acquisition.
